What we look for It changes how an agent does engineering work: planning, building, testing, reviewing, securing or shipping. Its description says clearly when to use it. It does one job and says what it touches. It is public, under a licence others can use, and installs with the Skills CLI. No remote code piped to a shell, no secret handling, no hidden instructions. What happens next 01 We run the automated checks on the published SKILL.md.
02 A person reads the whole skill and writes the note and labels. Listed submissions carry the Read in full mark.
